China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Sinotruk") has its predecessor, Jinan Automobile Manufacturing General Factory, which was established in 1930 and is the cradle of China's heavy-duty truck industry.
In 1960, it produced China's first heavy-duty truck - the Huanghe JN150 eight-ton truck, ending the history of China's inability to produce heavy-duty trucks. Sinotruk mainly researches, develops, produces and sells various heavy-duty trucks, special vehicles, special-purpose vehicles, as well as engines, gearboxes, axles and other assemblies and auto parts. It has a full range of commercial vehicle brands such as Huanghe, SITRAK and HOWO.
It is the enterprise with the most comprehensive driving forms and power coverage in China's heavy-duty truck industry and has become the largest heavy-duty truck production base in China, making outstanding contributions to the development of China's heavy-duty truck industry and the country's economic construction. Its products are exported to more than 110 countries and regions, and it has remained the top exporter in the national heavy-duty truck industry for 15 consecutive years.
