1.see whether the trademark logo is complete

The packaging quality of authentic truck parts is good, the writing on the packaging box is clear, the overprinting color is bright, and the packaging box should be marked with the product name, specifications, models, quantities, registered trademarks, factory name, factory address and telephone number. Some manufacturers also play their own marks on the accessories, some important parts such as generators, distributors, fuel injection pumps, etc., are also equipped with instructions, certificates and inspectors to guide users to use and maintain correctly, and should be carefully recognized when purchasing to prevent the purchase of fake and shoddy products.

2. See whether the geometric size is deformed

Some truck parts are prone to deformation due to improper manufacturing, transportation and storage. Therefore, when checking, the shaft parts can be rolled around along the glass plate to see if there is any light leakage at the bonding place between the parts and the glass plate to determine whether it is bent. When purchasing a clutch driven disc steel sheet or a friction plate, the steel sheet and friction plate can be held up in front of the eyes to observe whether it is warped. When purchasing an oil seal, the end face of the oil seal with a skeleton should be perfectly circular, which can be bonded with the plate glass without flexing, and the outer edge of the oil seal without a skeleton should be upright. Use your hand to deform it, and it should be able to return to its original state after letting go. When purchasing various pads, you should also pay attention to checking the geometry and shape.

3. See if the bonding site is flat

When truck parts are being transported and stored, due to vibration and collision, burrs, indentations, damages or cracks often occur at the joint parts, which affect the use of the parts. When purchasing, attention should be paid to checking.

4. Check whether there is any rust on the surface of the parts

Qualified spare parts have both a certain degree of precision and a shiny smoothness on the surface. The more important the spare part, the higher the precision. The packaging is more strict in rust prevention and corrosion protection. Attention should be paid to inspection when purchasing. If rust spots, mildew spots, cracks in rubber parts, loss of elasticity, or obvious turning tool patterns on the surface of the shaft neck are found, they should be replaced.

5. Check whether the protective surface is intact

Most accessories are coated with protective layer when leaving the factory, such as piston pin, bearing shell with paraffin protection, piston ring, cylinder liner surface coated with anti-rust oil and wrapping paper, valve, piston and other anti-rust oil after packaging with plastic bags. When purchasing, if the sealing sleeve is damaged, the wrapping paper is lost, and the loss of anti-rust oil or paraffin should be returned and replaced.

6. Check if the bonding parts are loose

Accessories and parts composed of two or more parts are pressed, bonded or welded, and loosening is not allowed between them. For example, the oil pump plunger and the adjusting arm are combined by pressing, the clutch is riveted with the steel sheet, the friction sheet and the steel sheet are riveted or glued, the paper filter core skeleton and the filter paper are glued, and the wire end of the electrical equipment is welded. If it is found to be loose when purchasing, it should be replaced.

7.see whether the rotating parts are flexible

When buying the rotating parts assembly such as oil pump, the pump shaft should feel flexible without stuck by hand. When purchasing rolling bearings, one hand supports the inner ring of the bearing, and the other hand spins the outer ring, the outer ring should be able to rotate quickly and freely, and then gradually stop. If the rotating parts do not rotate, it indicates that the internal rust or deformation, do not buy.

8.see the assembly parts have no missing parts

The regular assembly parts must be complete and intact to ensure smooth assembly and normal operation. If the individual small parts on some assembly parts are missing, the assembly parts will not work or even be scrapped.

9. Check whether the assembly mark is clear

In order to ensure that the assembly relationship of the fitting parts meets the technical requirements, assembly marks are engraved on the surface of some parts (such as timing gears). If there are no marks or the marks are blurred and cannot be identified, it will bring great difficulties to the assembly, or even install incorrectly.

10.see whether the matching surface wear

If there are wear marks on the surface of the parts or the painted parts, the old paint is found after the surface paint is removed, and the old parts are mostly camouflaged, and can be returned and replaced.

11. Check whether the surface hardness meets the standard

The surface hardness of each matching piece has specified requirements, which can be used to try the hacksaw blade after determining the purchase and the merchant. The hardness of skidding without scratches is high, the hardness of slightly shallow marks after scratches is high, and the hardness of obvious marks after scratches is low (pay attention to not damaging the working face when trying to scratch).
